The Best Friend Advert
Seeking caring candidate who thrives on interaction
To undertake a special role with lifelong satisfaction.
Skills required for this post: loyalty and discretion
The ability to laugh a lot and listen to confession.
This role would suit a counsellor, a match maker or host
A wine or chocolate lover might perform well in this post.
Experience is valuable (but not as much as trust)
Willingness to socialise and empathise a must.
There may be opportunities for travelling and shopping
For gossiping and giggling and possibly for bopping.
The salary is judgement free, the bonus is advice
The hands on help is statutory, (the benefits are nice).
Though meetings may be limited by distance or by chores
No application necessary, the job’s already yours.
